STELLA HICKS ALDR1CH Mrs. Stella Hicks, 89, of Route died st 3:30 a.m. Thursday in nursing home at Bolivar. She is survived by a son, Ab-ner Rulifson, of Routt? Aid-rich, and a grandson. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m.

John Acker officiating. lenTusseix MARIONVILLE Lea Russell, 87, a retired lumberman of Crane, died at 12:03 p.m. Thursday at'lhe Aurora Community Hospital, where be bad been a patient eight months. He was a member of Masonic orders at Crane and the Abou Ben Adhem Shrine at Springfield.

A daughter, Mrs. Lester Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the Bradford-Sur-ridge Chapel here with the Rev. W.J. Willis officiating.

Burial will be in the Odd Fellows Cem-etery here. The body will be at the chapel until the time of the service when the casket will be closed. ALVA G. BRITAIN M0NETT (Special) -Alva A. Britain.

82, died in St. Vincent Hospital here at 6:45 a.m. to day, after a two-year illness. Mr. Britain was a native of Republic, but had lived in Mo-nett most of his life.

He was a retired flour miller, and was superintendent of the Monett Mill and Elevator for several years. He also was a-, member of the First Methodist Church, of Masonic Lodge No. 129, and of the Scottish Rite and American Rite bodies of Masonry. Surviving are his wife, Pearl, of the home in Monett; a brother. Dr.

B. A- Britain, Mountain Grove; and Mrs, Letha Cameron, Exeter, a niece, whom the Brttains had reared, Services will be in the Buchanan Chapel here at 2 p.m. Sunday, with the Rev. Thomas Norris officiating. Burial will be in the Wade Chapel Cemetery, northwest of Republic.

MRS. WILLARD MVNHOLLON Mrs. Florence Pearl Munhol-lon, 50, of 3223 West Lynn, a lifelong resident of Springfield, died at 2 a.m. today at St. John's Hospital after an illness of seven weeks.

She was a member of the Faith Assembly of God. Survivors include her hus band, Willard, ot ihe home; her mother, Mrs. Tracy Jones, 1831 North Gelden; two sons, George LeRoy and J. Willard Munhol-lon, both of 3845 Geri; three daughters, Mrs. Eva June Kilmer, 1140 North Fulbright, Mrs.

Winston White, 3064 West Lynn, Deborah Irene Munhollon, of the home; four brothers, Charles Lucas, Oakland, Roy Lucas, Hay ward, Edmond Lucas, Sacramento, and Albert Lucas, Denver, five sisters, Mrs. Edith Beckley, Mrs. Edna Powers a nd Mr s. lend a Wilson, all of the state of Kansas, Mrs. Daisy Pratt, 1530 North Golden, and Mrs.

today in St. John's Hospital after an illness of nine months. She had hern a resident of Springfield for 55 years, and was the widow of John Hawkins, who died in 1938. She was a member of Grace Methodist Church. Survivors include- two sisters, Mrs.

Wednesday in Handley Hospital after a long illness. EARL LESTER NASH Funeral services for Earl Lester Nash, 41,, who died Monday in Burbank, where he had made his home, will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Thieme Chapel. The Rev, John Tran-barger will officiate and burial will be in National Cemetery. 15 BERT SMITH N1ANGUA Bert Smith, 70, died about noon Wednesday in bis home at Niangua following an illness of 18 months.

He was a retired carpenter and veteran of World War I. Smith is survived by his wife, Myrtle; a daughter, Mrs. Mickey Cummins, Niangua; two sisters, Mrs. Hugh Arthur and Mrs. Ed Fillmer, both of Niangua; and two brothers, Lawrence Smith, of 1850 South Missouri, Springfield, and Jess Smith, of Niangua.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Freewill Baptist Church here with the Rev, Lavern Jones and the Rev. William Reeves officiating, Burial will be in Niangua Cemetery, with military rites at graveside conducted by the Marshfieid American Legion Post.
