Hubbell, 84, Seymour, died at 8:15 p.m. Wednesday in Primrose Place, Springfield. Arrangements will be announced by Fraker Funeral Home, Marshfield. Mr. Abelino "Abe" Inzun- William Clint Snider William Clint Snider, 92, Marshfield, passed away Wednesday, July 3, 2002 in St.

John's Regional Health Center, Springfield. Clint was born July 24, 1909 in Webster County to William J. Snider and Jessie Jane (Hunt) Snider. He spent his entire life pursuing what many of US would consider very solid and rewarding, of pursuits. which he First was was a like a shepherd watching over his flock, relative to Timber Ridge Church and Cemetery where he was a member.

He worked, many, many days and hours clearing, cleaning, blacktopping and building his final resting place on earth. He was proud of his family, his beloved wife Helen (Helen A. McNabb) whom he married on December 22, 1933, his daughter, Patricia and his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Clint was more than an ordinary farmer, he was a steward the soil in every sense. He knew the maker of that soil and took good care of it.

He was also an innovator serving on the Webster Electric Co-op Board for over 25 years. Mr. Snider was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Alvin Snider. Survivors include his wife, Helen; his daughter, Patricia Miller and her husband, Lewis, Springfield; a grandson, Mark "Rocky" Miller and his wife, Kristie, Marshfield; a granddaughter, Bea Jo Miller, Springfield; greatgrandsons, Ryan Mark Miller and Adam Grant Miller, Marshfield; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m.

Saturday, July 6, 2002 in Fraker Funeral Home, Marshfield, with the Rev. Don Washam officiating. Burial will be in the Timber Ridge Cemetery. Friends may visit at their convenience in the funeral Gerald J. Girens Gerald J.

Girens, 71, Springfield, passed away at 8:30 a.m Thursday, July 4, 2002 in St. John's Regional Health Center. Mr. Girens was born January 24, 1931 in Oshkosh, the son of the late Leo and Mary Weisheipl Girens. He was united in marriage to Shirley J.

Case on September 19, 1953 in Oshkosh, Wisc. Gerald served in the U.S. Army for over twenty years before retiring as a Master Sergeant in 1977. During his military service he was the recipient of the purple heart in Korea and the bronze star in Vietnam, besides receiving numerous other medals and commendations. After retirment, he worked in the heating and cooling industry and enjoyed working on his computer especially the Internet, e-mailing his military friends and family.

A brother also preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Shirley; two sons, Norman F. Girens and his wife, Darci, Menasha, and Gerald J. Girens, Jr. and his wife, Janetta, Battlefield; two daughters, Tina French, Springfield, and Kathleen Girens Shaw and her husband, Charles, Boas; a brother, Richard Girens and his wife, Eileen, Burlington, nine grandchildren, Candie, Andy, David, Jeffrey, Donna, Tommy, Jeremy and Ashley; eight greatgrandchildren, Tyler, Cassidy, Nicholas, David Justin, Jared, Katheryn and Tommy as well as many friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 6, 2002 in Thieme Funeral Chapel. Burial with military honors will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. today in the funeral home.

"Bud" Jackson Erwin E. "Bud" Jackson, 83, passed away at 3:40 a.m. Tuesday, July 2, 2002 in Ozarks Methodist Manor, Marionville, following a lingering illness. Bud was born April 19, 1919 in Marionville to G.E. and Edith Cowles Jackson.

He was a graduate of Marionville High School and attended State Teachers College (now SMSU) for two years, then established an electrical contracting business, which he operated from his home in Marionville. In 1942, Bud married Edith Heal of rural Marionville. She preceded him in death in Janvary of 1997. With the exception of a few years spent in Wichita during World War 11, Bud and Edith lived their entire lives within four miles of Marionville. Bud was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Marionville for 70 years, its lay leader for many years, and a dedicated volunteer at the Ozarks Methodist Manor.

He is survived by a daughter and her husband, Nancy and a Keith Dreier of Columbia, and granddaughters Sarah and Julie Dreier. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 6 in Marionville First United Methodist Church with Rev. Linda Nelson and Rev. Thad Carter officiating.

He served his country in the U.S. Force. On November 11, 1952, he and Marlene Johns were married. He had been a truck driver for 45 years. Jake was a member of First Baptist Church of Sparta, where he served as a deacon.

He loved his family and enjoyed cooking, eating good food, and truck driving. Survivors include his wife, Marlene; three children and their spouses, Gregg and Kathy Watts, Jenise and Tom Humble, all of Sparta, and Bryan and Susan Watts, Weatherford, Texas; his mother, Mildred Watts, Sparta; eight grandchildren, Janie and Ryan Gann, Kelly Watts, Amy, Andy and Aric Humble, Stephanie Garner and her husband, Paul, and Timothy Watts; three great-grandchildren, Holden Brown, Shane Johnson, and Thomas Garner; a sister, Leta Ray Richardson; and a father-inlaw, Noel Johns, both of Sparta.
