Waldon Coble, 91, Wilson Brim-Daniel Funeral Home. Victoria Hamra Victoria Hamra of Steele, passed away on Monday, May 24, 2004, at 6:30 p.m. She was born on Nov. 13, 1908 in Fulton, Ky. She was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Farris Hamra, and her son, Jerry Hamra.

She is survived by her children, Sam F. Hamra of Springfield, Joan M. Homra of Fulton, and Marilyn White of Memphis, one brother, Fred Homra of Fulton, two sisters, Adeline Hamra of Dallas, Texas, and Lillian Naifeh of Norman, 11 grandchildren and 10 greatgrandchildren; and 13 nephews and nieces. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. today, May 28, in the Steele Methodist Church.

Visitation will be at the church from 1 p.m. to service time. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Memorial Cemetery in Steele. On the Plaza (South End) 1950 S.

He was born on Jan. 30, 1931, to Wesley and Zora Sivils King in Ava, who preceded him in death. Also preceding him was his son, Reginald David King, who was killed in Vietnam in 1969. Survivors include his wife, Barbara; son Steven Squibb and wife Kathryn of Daphne, sisters Nina Lisenby and Jim, Nixa, Shelba Lawson, Sparta, and Delores Speake, Cabool; a stepsister, Louise Napier, Marshfield; numerous nieces and nephews; and many friends. He was a charter member of Orchard Crest Baptist Church where funeral services will be held at 10 a.m.

on Saturday, May 29, 2004, with Rev. Jerry Jones officiating. Burial will be in Gann Cemetery in Dallas County. Visitation will be 6 to 7:30 p.m. today, May 28, at Greenlawn Funeral Home South, 441 W.

Blanche, daughter of Louis and Anna Pletcher Rogers, was born October 27, 1912, in Ochiltree, TX. She became a Christian at a very early age, dedicating her life to God. She was a homemaker, caregiver and a member of the Bruner Baptist Church. On July 18, 1934, she was united in marriage to Roy Edward Goins, Sr. in Ochiltree, Texas, and to this union five children were born, Roy Edward, Harvey Allen, James Louis, Juanita Ann and George Thomas.

Blanche loved her Lord and was a loving wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, sister, friend and neighbor. Blanche was preceded in death by an infant son Harvey; her husband Ed; her mother and father; one sonin-law, Ival Roller; two brothers, Benny and George Rogers; and two sisters, Gladys King and Bessie Arms. She is survived by three sons, Roy Goins and wife Connie of Bruner, James Goins and wife Tracy of Bruner, and George Goins and friend Janet of Ridgedale, MO; one daughter, Juanita Roller of Ridgedale; four sisters, Arlene Goins of Brownsville, TX, Pauline Ryals of Morton, IL, Vivian Johns and husband Glen of Springfield, Susie Johns and husband I.J. of Sparta; three brothers, John Rogers and friend Margaret of Liberty, MO, Pletcher. Rogers and wife Bonnie of Sparta, Charles Rogers and wife Wilma of Sparta; 16 42 greatgrandchildren; 12 greatgreat-grandchildren; one uncle, Harvey Pletcher of Perryton, TX; many nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends and neighbors.

Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, May 29, 2004, in Barnes Family Funeral Home, Ozark, with Rev. Jerry Loveland a and Rev. AlIan Maggard officiating. Burial will follow in Sparta Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m. today in the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Southwest Missouri. John Virgil Turner Mr. John Virgil Turner, age 81, of Seymour, a retired custodian, died Wednesday in Webco Manor, Marshfield, Mo.

Graveside services are 1 p.m. Saturday in Seymour. Masonic Cemetery under direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home, Seymour. In Loving Josephine Sexton Josephine "Jo" Sexton, Everton, joined our Father in heaven at 5:22 p.m. on May 25, 2004.

Jo passed away with her family by her side following a stroke that occurred on May 21st. Jo is survived by her devoted husband of nearly 48 years, Lewis, and her children and their spouses, Doug and Karen Sexton, Sherry and Brett Godfrey, and Randall and Terrie Sexton. The light of Grandma Jo's life were her grandchildren: Jeremy, Josh, Chelsie, Jacob, Taylor, Skyler great Kate. Patricia J. Dalgleish Sexton Patricia J. Dalgleish, 81 Springfield, formerly of Omaha, passed away at 9:45 p.m. Wednesday May 26, 2004 in Mercy Villa Nursing Home, Springfield, Mo. was Omaha, born Nov.

She is survived by her daughter, Janice McLeod and her husband Jim of Springfield; a brother, Paul McDermott of Omaha, four grandchildren, Carol, Erin, John and Susan McLeod; and many nieces and nephews. Vigil services will be at 6 p.m. today with visitation to follow until 8 p.m. all in Kremer Funeral Home, Omaha, Neb. Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m.

Philip Corwin Hosiner Philip Corwin Hosiner, 89, Seymour, passed away at 6:15 a.m.

Wednesday, May 26, 2004, in his home. He was a lifelong resident of the Seymour community, where he operated a farm and also worked in the farm implement business for many years. He was a member of Lone Star Freewill Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon and a Sunday school teacher. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Della Mae Crockett Hosiner; his wife, Mary Alice Ruth (Kasterke) Hosiner; a daughter, Leatha Mae Hosiner; a son, Derald Hosiner; a greatgranddaughter, Cortney Eden; and a brother, Fred Hosiner. Philip is survived by five daughters, Sue Eden, and her husband, Carl, Seymour, Phyllis Deckard, and her husband, Mike, Rogersville, Patty Davis, and her husband, Lester, and Debrah Wolfe, all of Springfield, and id Thea Fleeman, and her husband, Scott, Strafford; a son, Walter Hosiner, and his wife, Barbara, Rogersville; 15 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Vesta Kasterke, Seymour; a number of nieces and nephews; as well host of other relatives and friends.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 29, 2004, in the Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Seymour, with Rev. Jewell Craig and Rev. Roy Danels officiating. Burial will be in the Seymour Masonic Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. today in the funeral home. Memorials to the Gideon Bible Ministry, the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, and the American Cancer Society have been established and contributions may be made through Holman-Howe Funeral Home, P.O. Box 366, Seymour, MO 65746.
